Status Flow

Pending: driver can edit application before approval.

Approved: admin creates or updates the driver profile.

Rejected: application is retained with a race-control note.

Display name

Used on standings, broadcast overlays and public entry lists.

Real full name

Visible only to race control unless the league later publishes real-name rosters.

Age

Required for eligibility and community safeguarding. Accepted range: 13-80.

Country

Used for neutral flag display and regional scheduling context.

Discord username

Race control uses Discord for briefings, steward contact and attendance checks.

Steam ID

Required to match LMU entries and prevent duplicate applications.

Car number

Must be unique across approved drivers and pending applications.

Preferred LMU class

Choose the class you are most prepared to race in Season 1.

Preferred car

Use a specific LMU car if known, or describe your planned class entry.

Safety rank / safety level

Use your known league/platform safety level, or write “new driver”.

Team name, optional

Leave blank if you are applying as an independent driver.

Previous league experience

Helps race control place drivers in suitable classes and briefings.

Has teammate/friend

Used for team placement and entry-list coordination.
